In January, 2003, I sent Roger, at Airticketmasters.com, a check for $2343.70 to pay for airline tickets. As the date for our departure in February came near, we still hadn't received the tickets. I called Roger about this and was assured that the tickets were on the way. A few days later we had to cancel our trip and were told that we would suffer the least penalty by accepting an airline credit, so I accepted this.

During November, 2003, I contacted Roger again and told him we were ready to use our credit. Over several weeks we worked out what we thought would be the best dates for travel and were told that if we waited for a few weeks, he'd be able to secure a cheaper rate on the tickets thus resulting in us receiving a refund of the balance of our Korean Air credit.

Approximately two weeks before we were to fly, on December 24th, a day before Christmas, I called Korean Air to find out some routine information and make sure that our reservation had been ticketed. I was informed that our reservation had been canceled because Airticketmasters failed to ticket it.

I called Airticketmasters.com to find out what was going on and was greeted by a message stating they were closed until December 26th, and that questions should be sent via email. I emailed them twice daily until discovering on December 29th that their phone number had been disconnected.

Presently, I would like to get hold of their mailing address, which isn't published it seems, and I used so long ago I can't find it. I am definitely interested in doing whatever is necessary to get my money back and see him or them prosecuted if this is appropriate.
