AirTouch (Verizon) Over Charge and No Service
We were overcharged for September 2000 service. Customer service said they would credit our bill. When we got the bill, we were charged $113 and since October have asked what the charge is for and they have cut off service for almost 4 months.
We are STILL waiting for a remedy and call every weekday to try to get help. At this point, I'd rather stop at a pay phone every time I needed to make a call.
