Even though my credit card was immediately charged, my item never shipped.

After contacting the seller several days later (via email) my order status was updated from "pending" to "in progress" which is where it stayed. Further email attempts have been ignored. The original estimate at checkout time was that I would receive the order in about 5 days, now three weeks later I still haven't received a shipping notification.

The phone number for the company directs you to use live support as all representatives were always busy, however the "live support" (via web) was never available - it was disabled on their website. At this point the phone number is "temporarily disconnected".

This company seems very shady, I would highly recommend NOT buying from them.
