Complaint Review: Aivis Car Rentals

Avis' online prices do not include insurance. It will offer them to you at $11/day and say you can purchase it anytime before
vehicle pickup. That is deceptive. They will cancel that option 24 hours before the pickup date and then only offer the
insurance to you at three times that cost when you get to the counter. Also, check the cars carefully if you do not buy
insurance because they did not list all the dings and probably would have charged me for them when the car was returned.
