I placed my order AJ Richie for the Nikon D90 Camera along with a 16 gig memory card for a total of 549.94. Like the other customers have noted, I received the call about the charger and battery not coming with the camera even though the website clearly states that it is included.
On 9/16 I received a call to inform me about the order not coming with a charger or battery. He stated that the standard charger only lasts 30 minutes. They also mentioned that the memory card would not hold a video. They wanted me to purchase a standard battery and extended life battery even though the website clearly states that these are included with the order. The memory card was a high capacity 16 gig error free card. The salesperson suggested that I would be doing High Definition video, even tough I never stated that as my intention. the total now came to 799.99. When I stated that I wanted to cancel my order, he dropped the price to 699.99 so that I would keep the order. I listened to what they suggested for me which raised my order to 699.99.
I have called numerous times to attempt to get an update on the status of my order. Either I am placed on an indefinite hold or the call is disconnected. I have also called hours before the reported closing time, and the automated system has informed me that they are closed for the night. On Friday, October 4th, 2013 someone finally answered the phone to let me know the order was in transit, this is beyond the 10-12 business days. I was not given a tracking number so that I can track the order myself. Although pleasant, they could not provide me with anything that would connect me to my supposed order that was already in process to reach my home the following week. All I know is that it was shipped.
At this point I purchased the camera under the impression of what was stated on the website, I am very frustrated with this process and the lack of communication from AJ Richies. I would like a full refund of my final purchase amount of 699.99.
They were dishonest, they still have not delivered and I am not happy with the service I have not recieved from them...It seems to match the other complaints. This needs to stop.
