Brought Virdi in on a CRE loan. He could not do it in his fund. He said he had an investor. But went directly to the borrower and told the borrower to cut my company out of the deal (we referred him the deal so he would have never had it without us).

This guys is a complete slimeball and snake. Run away as fast as you can.

Good Afternoon-

Thank you for taking the time and energy to review our rebuttal.  I think its very important to review the facts of this specific situation. We are a private money lender comprised of investor funds including our own. The specific deal here in question was brought to us by another broker who received the deal from another broker as well (who does not have any NMLS or Department of Real Estate licensing or endorsements which are required to solicit prospects for any type of loans. The broker who has filed this report brought the borrower to us and we began to underwrite the deal. As many funds who have investors, we too began to expereince some resitance from the investor we were sending the loan to and during this time we kept the broker who reffered the deal to us in the loop regarding everything that was happening. Even during the time of turbluence in this specific deal we kept him up to date at all times.

As the firm overseeing this loan we have every right to speak with the borrower to gather information pertinent to this deal. The broker contacted me stating he would be pulling the transaction and that they obtained better financing for the borrower and also acused us of circumventing him as a broker.

Again, I think its very important to review the facts of this specific situation.

1. The broker pulled the transaction from us.

2. During the time this broker states we were "circumventing him" we have detailed emails in which we communicated every development in this transaction to him.

3. The broker who brought this deal to the broker who then brought it to us was not licensed at all and was seeking compensation in this deal which is highly illegal.

4. The borrower obtained his financing from us at agreeable terms, we did not "rip him off"

5. For any individual considering a submission of a deal to us, we are always willing to sign a non-circumvention agreement and recognize their role in our transactions.

And finally, though the words used to describe me and my company are hurtful A.V. Lending Group or I will not say anyhting negative regarding Dean or his company as we do believe him to be a positive and genuine person who we like and I personally like.

Thank you for taking the time to review our rebuttal and we are always here to bring your visions to fruition.
