I worked for Ajilon throughout 2013. I waited for nearly 5 years for them to contact me. I had moved on and was surprised to receive an email asking me contact them. Apparently since I'm bilingual they were going through the bottom of the barrel to find a candidate. They pitched me the assignment with the notion that it was a lucrative temp to hire position with a well known company. I was working a few part time jobs at the moment and a full time position sounded appealing so I accepted the assignment. 2 weeks into it lucrative turned into a camp full of chiefs and me trying to please them all. Any problems they didn't want to deal with turned into my responsibility to solve.

Each department within the company thought they ran the entire facility, even to the point they had me skip my breaks and cut my lunch short or even had me eat at my desk to complete the task. Knowing Ajilon was my employer I contacted them to explain the problem I was having at the assignment. Only to get shut down with, " If you expect to get hired you have to show initiative and go out of your way to get noticed that your capable of completing any duty no matter the cost."(Rianna Yanez). Having no leads to other jobs, I held on and fell victim/witness to MANY unprofessional practices.

And like before I called and reported them to Ajilon only to get a lecture about not making waves/cause problems that will reflect on my person and the agency. The stress became too much up to the point that I was admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks. Even while in the hospital Ajilon would contact me and ask when I was going to go back? I later found out I was the only one that had held that position for that long without walking out. As the few previous temps had done. Upon returning I was given more new duties as another temp was let go and her tasks got passed to me.

Once again I contacted Ajilon about the matter and Rianna Yanez told me," You were out for almost a month and, they waited. You should feel lucky about even being allowed to work for us again." The conditions just got worse as time passed. Finally up to the point that I would do overtime and only got paid for half the time I would work. I would do 1 1/2 of OT and would get paid for 45mins. I began to complain to anyone that would listen, once HR of the company hear they didn't hesitate to step in and tell me the paperwork for my permanent placement was on freeze due to the company begin restructured. I contacted Ajilon about that only to find my contact was going on maturity leave and to contact another recruiter named Ryan Sydow.

I never expected to meet such a bottom feeding two faced ego driven representative like him. Dealing with him was the worse experience of my life. Upon my departure he contacted me and told me the assignment was over but that he would get me back out to another assignment as soon as possible. And to contact him for anything that arise. I was deceived and I'm now blackballed by Ajilon since I have them on my resume for my job history for 2013. I applied for many other jobs and found out that RYAN SYDOW was giving negative reviews on my performance while employeed for Ajilon. I contacted him about the matter only to always have him ignore my calls and never reply ro my messages. With no proof, I can only warn the public about Ajilon and it's parent company Adecco. Don't fall victim to them like I did.
