Akai Usa,akai Service Centers Akai's warranty is terrible ,they give you the runaround Internet

Bought an akai LCT42Z7TA in oct of 2007
After minimal use it quit in july of 2008 called the service center,took dozens of calls and 3 months to get checked /picked up. After dozens of calls and 4 months a the repairshop ,got the message couldn't get fixed
and akai was going to buy it out ,contacted akai thru www.akaiusa.com now a month later still haven't heard back from them

Just filed a complaint with the better business bureau in california,next thing will be a lawyer
NEVER BUY ANYTHING WTIH THE NAME AKAI
NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH THE NAME AKAI
Service is terrible,these people shouldn't be allowed to do business
They just want you to give up and I NEVER WILL
