Complaint Review: Al and Sons Home Improvement(Al RoweJr.)

To start, I was qouted a price to do a certain amount of work on the roof. Once the materials were purchased and the work began, he decided that there was less work involved than anticipated,and did not need all the materials.

After obtaining a refund for the unused materials there was no adjustment in the price I was originally qouted. Since that job has been completed I have continued to have problems in the areas the work was done, they offered a 2yr. guarantee on the work.

But to no avail, after months of attempting to get him to come out and honor the guarantee, he has not responded. I was charged 800.00 for the repairs to my roof, he used 1/4 of the materials purchased to complete the job. I am very upset and frustrated. I still have to repair the roof and am out of the money.
