 Stop focusing on negative morons in rip off report, and get out of your own delusions of grandeur nothing in life is free. Get marked down presale tickets and performance packages or STFU, you'll never get another offer and will kill the deal on building your legacy in Hollywood with LAMA and others.

You should be happy, even if you can't draw an audience but are talented like most people and bands, take advantage of their generous offer if you can.

 You have no idea what it takes to get an Awards show over the finish line every year. Especially with losers like FLOYD poisoning minds and hearts out of petty jealousy and the a** wipes who think they are entitled to a career after winning a LAMA, but fail to keep working on marketing it.

Actors squander Academy Awards after winning them because they can't handle the glory or think they are entitled to 20 million a picture and become HUGE PAINS in THE A**.

 Envy over others competitive advantage puts you at a HUGE disadvantage. Thats why people FAIL.

 Don't squander your opportunities, make the most of them or let others do so, if you try to f**k with other people working to expand their horizons it will curse your life. You'll end up where all the RIP OFF REPORT COMPLAINERS ARE, NOWHERE!

Loraine Widen you should haved "Never" passed up on a Deal from the "William Morris Agency". Right now we would have a Million Dollars in the account and Cliff and the San Pedro Band would be on a Reality Show right now. So your "Fired" and now look what has happened to you and Cliff, bad Karma comming back to you and Jr.That little time he did in jail, lucky he got out. So i figured it out that the reason why you passed on the deal is because Cliff would have to take a DNA test which everybody wants to see !! The band members got tired of that issue, they knew whats up. So thats it, Cliff wouldnt pass the test and you and Bernie Madoff Jr keep on Scaming People for money. And you still owe me money from the judgement from court when i evicted you and Cliff from one of my homes. You ought to be a shame of your actions, i took care of you and Jr bought you food, put you on the payroll, nice home to live in, no rent, payed for Knuckle Heads  girlfriend. Fly her out and to see him keep him happy. She gets pregnant so i get stuck buying the Diapers also and baby food. You and Cliff really let the Band Down, that was the most hardest thing those guys had to go through. I should of listen to Alan Graham but i thought it was for real, but it wasnt Cliff is just the "Big Pretender". Its not Good what you and Cliff are doing cut the Jim Morrison act out. It was just a name change anybody can do that, Cliff needs to Step Up take the DNA test ? So to make it easy for you i have the "Barber" who has Jim Morrison hair samples, all you need !!  As far Al Bowman and the Grifter "Uncle Al" and I have a great time with them, everytime is see the Ripoff Report I start to laugh out loud.

Floyd Bocox has stated he is the sole owner of LSE as well as well as the president - WHICH IS NOT TRUE. Floyd resigned his position on December 17th, 2008. His resignation was given because of several acts done by him to sabotage the corporation.

Floyd Bocox has stated that Al Bowman and Susanna Griffie have acted in a non professional manner which is also NOT TRUE - LA Music Awards was under contract and they fulfilled the contract in a completely professional manner.

The fact is LA Music Awards and the LA Fame Awards are part of the history of Los Angeles. And the LA Music Awards represent the heartbeat and soul of  LA. The industry looks to the Awards as a legitimate source of superior talent - and for the artists, the way to display this talent.

The claims made by Floyd Bocox have no merit.

Floyd Bocox has posted harmful and untrue statements on many sites about both the LA Music Awards and Cliff Morrison. Floyd was totally aware of the fact that in 1992 blood was drawn and the DNA was done. Floyd also knew that this was a private matter between Cliff Morrison and the family. But for Floyd Bocox, that wasnt good enough. He wanted to turn the familys life into a media circus.

Floyd has never cared who he hurt or how he hurt them as long as he made the big bucks.

Floyd tells everyone that he is a pillar of the community and he has three music labels. He boasts about how successful he is. But how he seems to be the only one that knows this.

To the responce of Little Al Bowman and the Grifter,

Mr blowman has a case of "Dementia" really bad, my other Artist Alestar Digby also had his time slot changed @ the Los Angeles award show and gave it to some one else who little al Bowman was promoting. Alestar called me from the event and told me that he will never, never, will come back and do this event again. There are other Artists that have been jacked around by Al Bowman and the Grifter. And yes this is the 20 year Award Show Event that has been in the mix for a long time but with the help of "Brent Harvey" and "Jim DeCicco" as his partners. Look what happened to them they got bounced off the team and had to start over again with "Hollywood Media in the Music Awards". Shame on Little Al Bowman and the Grifter, to my fans and Artists please go to HMMA Awards much better on a professional level. Instead of your time frame being changed up on you and pushed back till the end of the event and his "performers" are all ready in his prime slot not yours as a Artist. And dont forget you as the Artists pay for his homes in Hermosa Beach and in Arizona. How come Al Bowmans wife is still in prison? for a Scam? Not to many people know about that one.

One quick read of Floyd Bocox and his latest rant will tell you that he is clearly nuts. He places a rather flattering photo of him, his FORMER artist / client Cliff Morrison myself, and the very talented Alestar Digby. This photo was actually published in Music Connection Magazine in May of 2008. It shows anyone who sees it that all of our nominees receive a beautiful framed certificate of nomination in a public presentation. We are still the only awards organization that has this particular practice.

His assertion that I take artists money and it goes into my pocket is so laughable that it defies logic of any kind. FYI: We produce 10 events per year with funds raised through sponsor contributions. We have to pay for venue rentals, staffing, printing, insurance, sound, lighting, equipment rentals, etc. We have a tremendous overhead to cover every year. That part aside, we also promote artists who are part of yearly our program on our 9 different web sites. Those sites have to be paid for as well. Plus, the amount of man hours spent on these projects is mind boggling to say the least.

Floyd Bocox is very confused about many things, not the least of which is the good we do in the community we serve. After all, we were the very first to do an an awards show for independent and lesser known artists and bands. Sadly for Floyd Bocox, he lacked the foresight and vision to effectively compete in the show business realm. He once again has shown his stupidity by attempting to endorse an awards program run by two of our former associates, who by the way, are being sued for several counts in LA Superior Court including Fraud and Theft of Intellectual Property, as well as 5 other counts.

Finally, let our 20 years of service speak for itself. This year, we have the single biggest production we have ever done. We have the sponsor support of a major record company, as well as many returning sponsors from past years. Bottom line is, we help those who follow our rules and participate in our program every year.

al bowman is a ripoff and he did promote my artist 2009 @ wiskey ago-go.

to the artists please becarefull with this person he will take your hard earned money and will not help your career. the monies spent goes to his pocket and thats it !!  the other artists that i know told me that he used to be a limo driver.

 there are better award shows in los angeles hollywood music in the media awards

is better then his gong show.  i got rippoff from this person al bowman and he is a little crazy or mentaly disturbed.  so to the artists spend your money some where else

and get connected with hollywood music in the media awards.

This report was filed by the disgruntled former manager / record label of Cliff Morrison. When Floyd Bocox states that we promoted his artist without his consent, it is beyond ridiculous. If you look at his posting, you will notice an event poster his company made. And who's logo is not that poster? Ours of course! So how is it that we promoted his artist without his permission when he has our logo on his poster? Simple really. We had a contract and a substantial check from him to do so. This dispute was between Lizard Sun Entertainment and his artist and did not involve the LA Music Awards. We were contractually obligated to promote his artist, which is what we did. They parted ways and all we did was fulfill the obligations listed in the original contract.

Floyd Bocox has shown himself to be a major nut case on more than one occasion. He is now financially bankrupt because of his silly antics like this completely bogus Rip Off Report. From the perspective of our awards programs, if a conflict arises between an artist and his label or management company, we will always choose to honor our signed contracts and make good on our written promises. This has been our policy for two decades, which is why we are still in business today.
