Complaint Review: Al Sanchez

Al Sanchez came into our shop in February wanting us to join his company that signs up bodyshops to be included in their "Rideshare Collision Repair Program". For a fee of $1995.00 we were promised they would send us business from Uber,Lyft,Juno,B ZumRide,RideGuru,Carma,Relay Rides, and many more as well as Marketing and advertising. Well we bought it hook,line,and sinker. It turned out to be a bunch of BS. Nothing that Al Sanchez promised came thru.

After a couple weeks of excuses we asked for our money back. We did not get any response. When we contacted them again we were told Al was working on it and it would take 30 days to process. Well 30 days went by and still nothing! He did call back once and promised to call back the next day to set up a time to come by with a refund check.  Guess what???  No call the next day and no refund check. We have not heard from him since then.  If Al Sanchez or anyone comes into your shop trying to sell you a "Rideshare Collision Repair Program" DON'T DO IT!!  AL IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD. He also had a women named Mary Bermudez that was working with him. Don't trust her either.
