Complaint Review: Alabama Board Of Nursing Always Believes The Employer Then Forces The Employees To Plead Guilty

The nursing field is the most sorriest job to ever have. Its full of criminal RNS AND Director of nursings. Its full of manipulative people who are into witchcrafy. They want to ruin somebody's career who worked hard to get their nursing licensing. Just because they don't like them. My mom had to go into nursing because after divorcing my father she had to do something to support me.

And i hope when they need something to replace or repair in their homes. That they don't have the money to fix it just because of the many careers they have ruined, who might be homeless today.

The board is full of RNS who side with other RNS who has falsely accused nurses. The Board's lawyer asked my mother are you saying that you're being falsely accused my mother said yes which she has been falsey accused all throuh out her working career. These RNS ARE NOT GOD. They are not in charge over your house. They thought that we lost our home. We still have it. No evil formed against us shall prosper.

My mom might not make the income when she did while she was working. BUT WE STILL HAVE OUR HOME. AND NO MATTER WHAT EVIL SOMEONE TRIES TO DO AGAINST US. IT WILL NOT WORK.

The nursing field is a big joke all they do is lie about employees. My mother could never hold a job long enough because the lying pigs wouldn't leave her alone,  they are just on a witchhunt to get everyone that they can.  Once they get rid of everyone they put the extra work on the employees who they haven't messed with.

The liars from parkwood got away with what they did,   to my mother this was retaliation which the eeoc of alabama says Is strictly agaist the law my mother wouldn't do what she was accused of.  My mother had to make a living & she wouldn't do such a thing to ruin her career.

But these people who are In "POWER" are the real "CRIMINALS".  People who you work for are "ABUSING THEIR POWERS".  They got away with what they did.  Everyone Is being "RUINED" these days.  Because of these criminals you have to work for.  And you get treated "WRONG",  "LIED" about.

People are just going to have to "FIGHT" for their "RIGHTS",  If people stand bye & do nothing.  These criminals In "POWER" will continue,  to screw employees.

Just because someone files a complaint agaisnt you, don't make It true. But the board In alabama Is crooked, just like the witch from parkwood. My mother has never receive a complaint, until she ran into this b***h who gave her trouble 4 years ago.

She was just waiting to get my mother introuble. But Its not over yet, they think they got away with lying.

The liars from parkwood will still be sued for the distress they have cause the eeoc states this was done In Retaliation due to workmans comp because they caused this due to unsafe working conditions.

Parkwood was suppose to a safe work place,  they failed to do this.  Which Is what caused this slip & fall accident In the first place.  They didn't like cause they had to pay my mother workers comp payments.  This Is why the liar filed the complaint to the board.

The board was well aware of the accident,  but they refused to acknowledge It.  They know they lied & they think they got away with something.

The liars from parkwood are no longer working for parkwood.  After the big mess they created.  The liar knowingly filed a false complaint to the board of nursing,  because they had something agaisnt my mother.

They still can be sued no matter where they go.  There lawyers & the liars can try to delay this all they feel like.  They will be brought down.

This Is to the witch who got my mothers licenses suspend.  It still has done you no good because we have not lost everything which you & the other "LIARS" from parkwood worked so hard to.

At then end ya'll will be expose for the frauds & crooks you really are.  Just because ya'll "HATE" my mother don't give you the right to treat people like this.  They also have it fixed In alabama. 

To where the citizens of alabama can't get any justice.  All you care about Is the money,  not about patient care like how you advertise. 

Why bother to look for a job all they do Is fire you when they don't like you.  All they do Is screw with you & try to ruin your life & get people agaisnt you.  And they get away with ruining your career.

I just would like for these liars to pay for what they have done.

The witch who filed this complaint Is out to destroy everyones career.  Other employees have said she has done them the same way,  the board Is on ruining peoples careers to.  They meant they was going after my mother.

Well Its not over yet justice Is just around the corner.

What goes around comes around to people who screw you.  I don't really care what people think of my spelling.  This was a great injustice done to my mother.  But the liar who filed the complaint will get there karma.

And It will be worse then what they put my mother threw.  Fasely accusing someone Is a crime.  But somehow they are getting away with It.  The new comers who want to work In the medical field are In for a big suprise. 

They have no idea about the crazy butthole,  people they will have to work with.  Because you can't hold a job to long In the nursing feild.  Because of the crazy people.

They protect each other In alabama but the employee gets canned.  Lied about there future ruined for what.  Just because the employer or employee hates them.  That don't give them the right to ruin peoples lives. 

When people treat people wrong who don't deserve It.  They will get It back harder,  then what they put you threw.

The liar and liars from parkwood didn't accomplishe anything.  We are not homeless or hunry.  My mother Is doing just fine,  so am I.  When you try to ruin & treat someone bad who don't deserve It.  Will always come back & bite you In the a*s.

To get back @ your enemies Is try to live life to the fullest.  And be successful don't ever give up.  Only worry about yourself & don't care what other people say about you.

They just feel bad about themselves,  & they say things to make you feel bad.  Don't do It ignore them.

Let the employers do all the work If that Is all they want to do Is lie about you & ruin you.  Just because you live In a right to work state.  Doesn't give them the right to lie about you or try to ruin your life.

But what goes around comes around to people.  Who want to ruin you.  They always get It worse.  And you never know how they get It back.

All I want Is for employers to quit lying & harassing my mother.  And let her work & do her job without harassment.  That Is all I ask.  Why do they have to do this Is beyond me.

I don't know why they hate my mother so much.  She hasn't done anything to anyone,  she just does her job & go home.  My mother would not be stupid to do anything to ruin her job.

I know they lied,  & I don't care what the people think about her or me on this site.

The people who live In alabama.  Are at the mercy of crooked hearing officers.  Who want to be unfair.  And take peoples lives away & ruin them.  You don't get treated fairly If you have to see a hearing officer.

If this went for automatic termination,   why didn't parkwood.   Fire her that day.

All the trouble started,  after my mom had her slip & fall accident.  The complaint was filed 1 month on (02-08-2008).  The accident,  on 11/27/2007.   My mother was fired on,  01/08/2008.

Why did parkwood,  allow my mother to,  continue to work.  If she was such a danger,  to the patients.   This should of had gone,  them.   told,  the board of nursing.

What they claim,  they saw my mother do.  Went for automatic termination.  

allowed my mother,  to continue to give medication for 1 week.   After the so called incident,   this was also pointed out to the board.   Why didn't they fire her on the day It happen.

Which Is what,  they said It goes for (AUTOMATIC TERMINANTION).   wrongfully fired my mother.

And filed a (FALSE COMPLAINT),  to the board of nursing.   Which the board of nursing,   thinks everyone Is (GUILTY).   All of this was completely,  (UNFAIR).

My mother wouldn't,  do anything stupid.  Infront of her employers,  to damange her job.  I know for a fact,  they (LIED).

My mother saved,  all their lies.  They sent to the board of nursing,  & unemployment office.

The Board Of Nursing,  Is just being unfair.  Towards employees.

I will have my voice heard,  this proves there Is corruption.  In the board of nursing.   These hire up people,  In the board of nursing.  Are runing peoples lives,  & careers.   And they are getting away with It.

It Is also this,  employer who gave my mother trouble @ another nursing home.   This woman Is a threat to anyones job,  & needs to be stopped.   She Is out to ruin,  has many employees she can.

The RN director of nursing,  Is the most corrupt person.  My mother has ever dealt In her career.   And she needs to be put a stop,  to.  Before alot of other innocent employees,  get canned.

Its time we fight agaisnt unfairness & discrimination.

I would like to inform my haters on this website,  buy this recent attack.  On my mothers job,  & to make us homeless has failed.

I have not lost anything,  nothing these liars @ the board of nursing.   Will not make us homeless & on the streets.  No matter how many attempts,  these corrupt employers.

they put In writing to the unemployment office.  This goes for automatic termination.

My mother wasn't fired on the day this supposedly happened.  If my mother was such a danger.  Why did they allow my mother to continue to work,  & give medications to patients.

My mother had no problems until after she had her,  accident.  The floors had been just been clean & they was slippery.  And they are witnesses to this.

My mother was receiving workers compensation payments,  $373 weekly.

Its kind of funny that,  didn't file any complaints before the on the job accident.

This proves right there,  they filed a false complaint to the board of nursing.

When you had enough of being lied about you had enough.   The board was so ugly to me mother for no reason.   The hearing officer made up things my mother didn't even say during the hearing.

The only reason parkwood filed a complaint,   agaisnt my mother was due to the slip & fall accident.   And because they had to pay my mother workers compensation payments.

They punished my mother because they had to pay that.   Even though they cause the accident,   parkwood denied they caused my mother any problems.

And another reason was because my mother had problems,   with the director of nursing @ another nursing home job In 2004.   But they have no right to ruin anyones life.

This was all brought out during the hearing,   but the board was not fair towards me mother.   They suspended her license for 6 months.

Let me say this for the record.   My mother  had no problems,  prior to the accident on 11/30/2007.  And parkwood did not file any complaints to the board.

All this happend 2 months after the accident.   And they was already paying my mother workers compensation payments.  

My mother received the complaint letter,  on 02/08/2008.   Two months after the accident on 11/30/2007.   This was when all the trouble started.

The director of nursing,  also testified during the hearing.  That this went for automatic terminantion.

But they allowed my mother to continue to work,   even after they claim they saw her put medication on a patients food trey.   And If she was such  a danger why didn't they fire her that same day.

Parkwood allowed my mother to continue to work,  & give medcations for a full week before they fired her on 01/08/2008.

My mother has a case for wrongful terminantion.  Because they didn't terminate her on the day,  they claim they withnessed her doing this.

Which they say goes for automatic termination.   The same day.   If a employee Is such a danger,  you don't let them continue to work or give medications.

That Is the reason why they didn't fire my mother,  that day.   Because this ididcent never happend.   But the board sure believed It,   & suspened my mothers license for 6 months.

Because the board did not,  all the paperwork they had to my mothers lawyer.    They sent the paper work a few days before the hearing.    Which did not give them enough time to prepare.

Let the employers & director of nursing,  do all the hard work.   If they hate employees so much.

Now the work places are complaining about a shortage of nurses,   well after how they treated my mother unfairly I can see why.   Why don't the RNs'  & employers do all the hard work.

Well they treat employees like crap,  they lie about you.   So If their Is a nursing shortage they have caused It themselves,  buy treating employees the way they have treated my mother.

You have to put with co-workers who don't like you,  who also get you fired.

Well buy the time the board gets done with suspended everyones license,  In the state of alabama.   Except for the new comers who will have to put up with the same s**t.

If people are wondering why their Is a nursing shortage,  what they did to my mother Is the reason why.   They treat you like crap.

Then you have to put up with being harassed buy your co-workers.  So this Is to people who want to work In the medical field please chose another career.  You will have nothing but problems.

And people after you to ruin your life,  & your license & your whole career.   Wait until 20 years from now you will be regretting you chose this profession.

Because the people above you think,  they know It all & treat you like you are small like you don't know anything.

The board was completely unfair.   The board also made up some lies In their decision bending the truth,  to find my mother guilty.   My mother made a mistake working for parkwood & regrets It deeply.

I guess we need a new village idiot. Charlie hasn't posted in about a week now...good for us !!!!!! Apparently Mrs. Raptis was not fooling around with this libelous dirtbag. We can only hope that he got exactly what was coming to him.

Until the new director of nursing got hired after my mother started working there. Then that Is when all the trouble began I know they lied.

Parkwood wrongfully accused my mother. They (LIED) and my mother has the right to sue for damanges they have caused. And they will pay dearly.

Charles, your Mom is in serious trouble. The slip and fall, the termination is not the issue here. The money paid by Parkwood is also not the issue. I'm glad you got some money you'll need it, as she will be sued.
The main problem here is the actions of your mother. As a professional nurse her actions were dangerous, she placed medication on a tray causing a major hazard.
Then she Falsified Medical Records by charting that she gave the medication when she did not see the person actually take it. And omg she gave medication after her termination? I hope you are wrong about that because she will lose her professional license as she was not working under the legal umbrella of the facility, this opens a possible lawsuit from all those people against mommy dearest for giving medication. She had no right to be there after hir termination. The Board of Nursing will prove she is neglent and there will be a host of other lawsuits to follow.
omg what a mess. The Board of Nursing has teeth and they will nail her. They can also charge her with criminal charges if the medication was a narcotic. Please take this time to help your mom by being supportive. Everyone makes mistakes, but this was a doozy.

What you did was wrong, I'll explain.
The firing was incorrect, you cannot end employment due to a work related injury. I believe your former employer is aware of this and fired you for your job performance. You made a major mistake and it will end up as blemish on your professional license if you are allowed to keep it.
The report to the Nursing Board was actually correct. I'll explain. You cannot leave medication on a tray. This is an incorrect medication pass and is very dangerous as someone else could take it, the person could choke while taking it, the person could actually save the medication and overdose later, oh the list goes on and on. But you see how doing this places the patient and others around in danger. The main goal of the Board of Nursing is patient safety. In the event the medication was a controlled substance such as a narcotic, the charge is even higher and could lead to criminal charges. I hope this is not the case.
Your next error was Falsification of Medical Records. A very serious charge. You charted that you gave the medication. This is false because you never saw the person actually consume the medication but you charted that you did.
These are all very serious issues and they are not taken lightly by the Board of Nursing. I am sure you are a very nice person and your intentions were good, however you are facing very serious charges and I do not think the Board of Nursing will let you off the hook. This incident never happend. If parkwood was so concernd about the patients.

Why did they allow my mother to continue to work after they withnessed this so call incident.

If the board was to consider anything my mother presented during the hearing, the hearing officer would had to be In her favor.

Then that means the board would have to admit that parkwood filed a false complaint.

Until the director of nursing applied for the job @ parkwood, who gave my mother trouble 4 years ago.


Because the employer hated agency nurses.

Parkwood said this resulted In automatic termination.


Parkwood allowed my mother to work & give medication after they "claim" they saw my mother put medication on a patients food trey.


If my mother was such a hazard, why did parkwood allow her to continue to give medication for 1 week until the day they fired her.


If this goes for automactic termination why did they fire her that day.

Parkwood lied so much they can't keep track with there own lies.

Because my mother worked with a agency & the director of nursing hated agency nurses. She told the agency that my mother couldn't work there anymore.

They are just after my mother to ruin her life & my life & her career.


The director of nursing Is nothing more then a bully thug, other employees have complained that she has harassed them to just like how she Is harassing my mother.

The director of nursing hates employees, well If she hates employees so much & If she thinks she knows everything why don't she do all the hardwork.

If she despises & hates employees. I would like to advise people male or female.


If they want to be a nurse It Is not a rewarding career they treat you like s**t.

And If they don't like you, they just file a complaint with the board of nursing & ruin your life.

My mother has been a nurse for 20 years. & your career can be ruined just like that If your employer doesn not like you.


Well If they feel that way about employees, they can do all the work themselves.


My mother has heard from other former nurses male & female, they had 10 to 20 jobs over the past 10-20 years. Because they couldn't hold a job because of this type of problem.

Everything Is just a mess.
