Complaint Review: alamo car rental

On 3-1-15 I reserved a vehicle from Alamo Car Rental to be picked up at at Belize airport,belize,Central America  When I arrived on the 11th I was told they didn't have my vehicle and had no other vehicles to rent. They suggested I rent a vehicle from a local renter,Pancho Car Renta.Pancho did a number on me charged me more for the vehicle,more for the insurance,made me sign a blank credit card slip for Damages I was responsible for the first $2000.00 in damages and  could not drive on certain roads or the insurance would be canceled and I would be responsible for all damages these roads were the tourists spots This man destroyed my vacation I was afraid to drive a S100.00 stone chip might be a $500.00 charge on my credit card,what was I going to do about it,fly back to Belize and argue with him. When I got home I wrote a complaint to Alamo in Hawaii headquarters. He called me apologized and said he would pay the difference in charges and give me  free rental for 3 days.I'm still waiting 5 weeks for this settlement and does not return my phone calls I guess the lack of integrity start  at the top.

              When I landed at the airport there were plenty off rental cars on the lot I was told my car came back that morning with a cracked windshield I did not see that either. Alamo does not a have a review site ?
