My wife, Lourdes Dixon, worked at the University House T.C.U. (Student Off-campus Apartments) as a temporary job as a cleaning/janitorial employee of Alamo Janitorial Services to help out and assist Ana Guzman on August 2, 3 and 4, 2016.  She worked 6 hours, 12 hours and 14 hours on those respective days for a total of 32 hours.  Ana Guzman (Owner/Operator of Alamo Janitorial Services) has paid Lourdes for only 5 of these hours, but refuses to pay Lourdes for the remaining 27 hours.  At minimum wage, she still owes Lourdes approximately $200.

On September 7, 2016, Lourdes and I visited the University House T.C.U. and spoke with Candace Brown, Community Manager.  We explained our situation, and Candace remembered Lourdes working there.  At one point, she remembers praising her for a job well done (cleaning the ovens/stoves in multiple apartments) and suggested she should get a bonus.  Well, not only did she not receive a bonus, she did not get paid in full.  This is an injustice and a dishonest business priactice by Ana Guzman.

We have contacted Ana Guzman multiple times via the telphone, postal service, emails, website, etc. to no avail.

All we want is to be paid for the 27 hours.  If Ana Guzman refused to pay Lourdes, we know she has refused to pay other employees that have worked for her.
