Alamo Rent a Car Forced me to pay for a tire when they couldn't provide service Dallas, Texas

I rented a GMC Yukon from Alamo in order to go skiing with my family.  While returning to the airport, the tire pressure light went on.  I pulled over, called Alamo, and they told me that they couldn't get anyone to come tow the truck away for several hours.  They advised me to return it to their facility at Denver International Airport.   By the time i got to the car erntal return area, the tire was ruined.  They forced me to reimburse them for the tire and the tire pressure sensor.  If they had simply come and picked up the truck, they could have saved me $154.  I will never rent from them again.

Why did you agree to pay them? Dispute the payment if you did it by CC or stop the check. You may have a hard time getting the card or bank to back you though if you signed it willingly.
