Complaint Review: ALAN CONRAD AL OR CONRAD

This man has 4 kids, never paid child support in over 16 years, i have court doc # but can not take him to court because I have no street address on him, but I know he is in Lawrence, Ma. My kids have not missed out on a good life, they had me, but they have missed out on their child support money where as they could be going to college or helping out in their daily lives. If you know where his is to help me out please email me. my time is running out with the support team and the courts. Men or woman should not be allowed to get away with hurting children this way.
