Alan Harvey PeComo Company Refused to pay for his daughters clarinet Houston, Texas
Alan Harvey purchased a new Buffet clarinet for his daughter and asked to pay for 1/2 of it immediately and the rest in 30 days. It is now November 23rd, 2009- almost 6 months later and he refused to either return the instrument for a partial refund or pay the bill. DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT to Alan Harvey. He is unlikely to pay you, based on my personal experience.
