Alan Litvak lied to investors and people who worked to help start Revive USA
Lie #1 80% of people that were going to the Indy Car race were investing in the company
Truth- Very few of those people invested
Lie#2 while in Kansas City,July 4th 2006 during a meeting,Alan was asked "How many zones have we sold to date?" He replied 18-20 .
Truth- At that point there were 3- kind of makes a difference in how stable the company actually was.
Lie # 3- Revive USA hit it's sales goal by July 31st
Truth- Didn't even come close. He continued to propagate the lie on confernce calls and newsletters for several months to come.
Lie # 4- That the majority of people investing were Alan Litvak's and Bruce Badgett's contacts
Truth- Only one or two of Alan's contacts invested . One couple is Alan and Kelly Litvak's former best friends. They had buyers remorse a couple of weeks later and asked for their money back,but have been unsuccessful in recovering their money.
Lie # 5 That investor money was being used to buy the products,computer systems and packaging,etc. to ramp up the company
Truth- very little of the product arrived and it's known that manufacturers are still owed money. No computer systems were ever purchased.
Truth- Alan Litvak is a liar and very poor "marketing expert"
Truth- Alan is now "Executive Director of Sponsorship Opportunities" for Kingdom Racing in Katy ,TX. He's actually soliciting money again for another venture. This time in the name of God. I have nothing against that but would you trust Alan with your money? I don't think so.
Stay away from any business dealings with Alan Litvak or his cohort Bruce Badgett

My name is Alan Litvak.
The person who was so cowardly as to write this libelous report originally is a man named Bret Deason who lived at the time in the general vicinity of Ft. Worth Texas.
Mr. Deason was an independant contractor for Revive for a brief period of time.
So was I.
Mr. Deason reported to me and the owner of the company-another person he has maliciously attacked in these false reports.
Mr. Deason is actually the source of many of the offenses listed that he maliciously arttributed to me and the other person repeatedly mentioned.
When we were first made aware of these false accusations we contacted RIP OFF Rport and were informed it is their policy NOT to take down such posts even if they are false
We looked into legal action but were told by lawyers that it wasn't worth the money and effort to fight their freedom to post FALSE information like these reports.
For the record Mr. Deason repeatedly broke company policy and mislead not only people he was represting Revive to but also the peopole he reported directly to at Revive on numerous occassions.
Despite these repeated acts of insubordanation the company went out of its way to attempt to help Mr. Deason who was in desperate financial troubles almost from the moment he began working with us according to what he told us.
We actually contracted a company to remove these malicious posts from the internet and for at least a short time period of a year or so they weren't posted on the internet.
If anyone reading this has any questions about my character I would be happy to answer an reasonable questions.
For the record Revive lent money to Mr. Deason and forwarded him pay when myself and everybody else affiliated with Revive wasn't being paid to try to help Mr. Deason.
We wish him the best and continue praying for him and his family to this day.

After reading Mr Litvak's rebuttal, I felt compelled to respond to several items.
#1 There were only two "Superiors". Bruce Badgett and Alan Litvak.
#2 There were no loans given to me or anyone else that I know of. I do believe ,at one time ,I asked for an advance on commissions based on contracts already signed. I believe that amount was for $1000.00.The truth was that I had to constantly keep track of what I was owed because it was not paid to me when it was supposed to be paid.As far as I know, I was paid every dime that I was owed, but this is not about money owed to me. It's the misuse of trust and deception of employees and investors
#3 I was never accused of "working against the company " or not following company protocol until it was convenient for Mr Litvak or Mr Badgett in a civil court proceding. They had to think of some story to cover their butts.In fact,I was promoted because of my work ethic.
This is typical of Mr Badgett and Mr Litvak.They always point the finger at someone else for their failures.
#4 It wasn't until I discovered the dishonesty and deception that Mr Badgett and Mr Litvak had created and committed that I put on hold, negotiations with other potential investors until I determined what was going on.
#5 Mr Badgett and Mr Litvak were asked and given every opportunity to tell the truth, but as evidenced by numerous emails and phone calls I have had with investors,that never happened.

It's is very easy for people to scream libel in a case like this,but everything in this report is true and factual. I am the witness to all that occurred.Within the next few months,(when I deem appropriate),I will post detailed information ,that I have acquired, that paints an even worse picture. Alan, you and Bruce continue to lie. You should be ashamed of yourself, especially as you claim the role of spreading God's word in your current position.You left investors holding the bag, without any explanation. You avoided it like the plague because you lied.

I would like to let you know that my name is Alan Litvak and in response to ANONYMOUS I would like to let you know that the person who maliciously posted these libelous statements is about to hear from my attorney.
Additionally this same ANONYMOUS person worked under me and for me at Revive USA.
This person was paid 100% of the money owed them by Revive.
This person willfully and repeatedly ignored their working orders from Revive USA superiors and despite repeated efforts by Revive to get this person to work with us, follow company procedures and directives and help the company move forward, I have learned that this person willfully worked against the success of Revive in ways that damaged the investors to Revive, the people working for Revive and the company itself.
Despite these repeated offenses, Revive loaned ANONYMOUS money when they asked for it and and since this ANONYMOUS person was gracious enough to put my personal information along with the libelous claims on this website, anyone who would like to know the TRUTHS rather than libelous lies posted my feel free to inquire of me.
DEAR ANONYMOUS-you would be well-served to cease posting unthruths and libelous information.
