I also tried to establish monitoring service with this Co. After they were unable to take-over my ADT system, they recomended one of theirs. When I said forget it, I was led to believe that was the end of it.
2 years later I started to get over-due bills from them. Every time I called, they made me think everything was fixed. They kept doing this until I got notification I am being sued for $2,000.
I now have to get a lawyer to fight a bill from I company that never provided a moment of monitoring.
