This is one of the stupidest companies I've ever delt with.
After they get your money they don't have customer service worth anything.
They set up my account without inputting any of my information into their computers and then said it was my fault because I didn't go online and set everything up for them.
I gave them 4 opportunities to straiten out my account and never recieved a return phone call.
They sent 2 false alarms to the police department ($25.00 each) and the system wasn't even armed.
it took 2 days for their tech to set everything up and he still didn't get it right.
All in all it was a complete waste of my time and money.
I swithced to alarm relay and they had the transfer done in an hour and no problems.
