Complaint Review: Alarmpro Flagler County

I can't believe these people. They pre-wired my house, and ended up drilling holes that werent needed through all the light frame work and even some of the concrete. Ruined the framing on my slider doors by drilling more holes then Norm Mugford (who I thought was a nice guy, at the time) arrived to assess the problem and only made it worse. There were 4 holes cut into my walls to retrieve wires. The son, Edward Mugford, argued with Norman for about a half hour before deciding the holes shouldn't have been cut into the walls. After I was left to fix their mistakes myself, and after their crabby moods were aimed toward me (very unprofessional, they come off much different at first when they make the sale.

After I signed, they turned into jerks!), I chose to NOT have Alarmpro or any of the Mugfords come back to finish the job. I allowed another company to do the final steps (put up the box and set up my pads) and I will never, EVER do business with Alarmpro again. I do not reccommend this company at all. I can't believe I paid more than double of the highest estimate I had because I bought into these peoples garbage.
