In January of this year I contacted Lyndon Thomas of Alaska Sky Systems about a used Cosmos ultralight trike and Chronos 16M wing he was advertising on the internet at Barnstormers.com. We agreed on a price of $8000 which was to include shipping. I sent him a check in early Feburary which he promptly cashed. At the time I was in no big hurry to receive the trike since it was winter.

As Spring approached I repeatly made requests for shipment. I was promised several ship dates which came and went. He returned my calls and emails but never right away. Month after month went by. He finally left me a message that the trike was sitting in Seattle but no shipper would forward it because the top of the shipping crate had been removed and they thought it might contain hazardous material. Supposedly the trike was then brought back to him in Alaska by a friend. He called and left a message stating he would try to ship the trike again. That was a few months ago. He has not returned phone calls or emails since. I have even offered to pay the shipping costs which were to be included.

I haven't heard a thing from Lyndon. I'd really appreciate you stopping in and asking him what's going on. I'm still willing to accept the trike and pay for shipping. I'm also open to any other way he wants to straighten this out. I'd even be willing to pay you to obtain the trike and arrange shipping for me. Thanks for any help.

did you get your issue resolved? I drive by there everyday. You want me to stop in there and find out what the deal is? Or is this resolved?
