Complaint Review: ALBERT ADAMS

I had purchased 4 parfumes from this website on 6/8/2006 . I was then contacted on 6/10/2006 telling me that my order has been shipped . It was scheduled to reach on 6/16 via fedex ( trck no 612161730048386) . On 16th , the status on fedex for that tracking number showed as package returned to sender . I called up fedex, they said that my package did not have my apart ment number . I checked up the order I had placed and it did have all the details including my apartment number . So due to their fault ( AAdams) , the package got returned . So I went to their website to look for help or some customer service number , there is none . I then did a google search , and found out a number from superpages on which I have been calling since 16th and left numerous messages .

Also I have been emailing them asking me to give me a call back and to explain me what they are doing about my order . My credit card has already been charged for the full amoount of 56.18 $ . I feel that this company is a fradulent company , they don't have any contact information on their website , whatever information I found out , email , phone number , address is all from superpages . I want to report them and if someone from NFIC can help me get my money back . Thanks
