I RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL AND COULD YOU BELEIVE THAT I DID NOT NOTICE THE MISTAKE , WELL THAT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MATTER NOW IS THE CERTIFICATE THAT COMES FROM THE BANK I JUST HOPE THEY DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Dear Prisco ,
With the informationa that you sent to me which contained your full names and address i have obtained the sworn affidavit that we are to use to back up this claim. I submitted a copy to the Equity Trust bank and a copy to the probate registry.
The bank will contact you the first thing tomorow morning or latest by 12 noon Nigerian time. As soon as you hear from the m please notify me.
Below is the attachment of the sworn affidavit i obtained fro mthe high court.

I really appreciate your response towards this transaction. I must emphaise here that this transaction is real and legitimate in all ramifications. As a legal attorney that is mindful of the severe consequence of indulging in any questionable act, I can assure you that every aspect of this transaction will follow the due process of law and you are at liberty to question any act towards the realisation of this objective that does not conform with you ethics.
I want to also remind you that I am neither asking you to pay me for my services now nor demanding for your bank information. It is not my duty to repatriate your fund rather it is the sole responsibility of the bank to do that. My duty is to present to them the next of kin or beneficiary to the deposited fund of Mr. Philip wang.
However, I want you to forward to me your full names and address to enable me obtain the legal documents from the Federal High Court of Nigeria to back this claim in your favour.
Upon the receipt of the aboved information I will obtain from the Federal High Court a Sworn Affidavit on your behalf and i will also forward your full name and address to the bank as the bank has already make request for this to enable them issue the beneficiary certificate in your favour.
At this point and considering the nature and exigency of this transaction, there rises a need for a constant communication between us at least for me to keep breast with the proceedings as you will be dealing directly with the bank shortly after the submission of the Sworn Affidavit.
