Complaint Review: Albert(Al) And Becky White

This landlord never returned my security deposit after the apartment had been cleaned from top to bottom. He was given a fowarding address and a months notice of my leaving.There was no damage to the apartment.He would come into my apartment without permission and snoop around.

I started having trouble right away when he bought the apartments with him going in my apartment while I was gone. I was forced to work 3rd shift just to keep him out. He also never offered a written explanation as to why I never got my deposit back.

His wife was also a prolbem and often found something wrong like we made too much noise walking around or the kids made too much noise.They even came to my apartment and told the kids to turn down the T.V. and go to bed.

My experience living there was a total nightmare for me and my kids.
