He offered a service for an online game that i thought would be nice to do for my child. I paid him 200.00 USD on 11-19-08, and since then ive gotten nothing but excuses from him on why the item hasnt been delivered.
I now just want my money back. I sent it to him through paypal, and would like it returned that way. I have the email chain with all his excuses and promises. every response from him said it would be done within a day or two, thats been 4 months now.
This item should be easily delivered within a month tops.
I have only communicated through web mail, and one phone call. the Phone number is from orlando area code.
