To the point... I contracted and paid for an in game service with the company, but they never fulfilled their end of the contract.  45 days and many e-mails later a "refund" turns into a "credit" I can use, IF I buy something else.

A serious nightmare...  No service, no money. Save yourself some hastle, don't deal with this company.

I've had a similar experience with Albert Arcuri.  I can see that he's up to his old tricks again.  I order some merchandise from him and needless to say, I receive a box full of styrofoam peanuts.  Don't believe a word Albert says.  He's a good liar, and I guess that's the reason we are all posting about him on this website.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting the ORANGE COUNTRY CONSUMER FRAUD DEPT at
407-836-2490 or email them at fraudhelp@sao9.org.  They are investigating numerous complaints about Albert Arcuri already and every new case report helps.

I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Their website is http://www.ic3.gov.  This agency is run by the FBI and the Bureau of Justice. 

We need to bring him to justice and needless to say receive our refunds for his lies.
