I have received inside information from a close friend of mine who used to personally work for Albert. Albert is apparently in the business for not only screwing over his clients but also his co-workers. A close friend of mine used to be a "crew leader" or something for Albert. Albert claims to run a legitimate business but he is clearly a moron and a fraud. He will get what is coming to him. Justice is always served.

This is basically how he runs his business: He advertises in game for services, has them come to his live chat via his website and gets people to buy his services while paying up front. He then will outsource to other people and try and get them to finish the order so the customer is happy. If he can't do this then he gives his client the run around using a bunch of fake aliases (CSM, BSM, etc) and excuses/threats ("I'm not in my office", my CSM is pregnant, etc) Albert's "office" is in his house. He has no office. When he isn't scamming people he is off at the casino gambling away his money. Inside sources have shown that this man has SERIOUS gambling addictions. He is a boy running around in a man's body. He has a terrible temper too and horrible interpersonal skills. Inside sources have also indicated that Albert does not have many friends at all and for those close to him he uses intimidation, threats, and control tactics on them. This man is clearly one sick puppy. This is why he is always trying to threaten people with a perma-ban. If he was so smart he'd know how to spell permanently, not perminatly, a moron for sure. (Check other rip off reports for more emails containing his ignorance.) He has ZERO authority to issue any type of ban at all. He also has NO attorney at his disposal what so ever. He is a moron of epic proportions. Do NOT do business with Gamesellerpros.com it is too much of a risk. This guy is a cheat, a fraud, a liar, and a piece of s**t. Justice will come to him for sure. Even on this site you can read about him and his employee ripping off a website designer! This man has ZERO morals and conscience. A special spot in hell waits for this criminal. Albert if you are reading this I hope you grow up and make some serious changes in your life!!!

My name is Kendall and I am the business manager at Game Seller Pros, Inc. I felt the need to file a rebuttal on this particular report due to the circumstances surrounding it. The credibility of the individual who has created this report against the company is questionable, and I will explain why herein.

First of all, the author of this post did not receive any information from a friend that worked for the company, a crew leader, or any affiliated individual. The author of this post is a former employee of Game Seller Pros, Inc. and above that, a former close friend of Mr. Arcuri. Mr. Arcuri gave this individual a chance to work for and advance within the company on two separate occasions because of their personal friendship, but unfortunately he did not rise to the occasion. The work that this individual put into the company was minimal and mediocre at best. Several tasks were assigned and deadlines were given--none of which were completed or met. In any professional situation, if an employee is not fulfilling their job duties, they are let go. It was in no way personal. The work put forth by this individual simply was not worth the salary he was receiving and we had to let him go. Upon parting ways with this individual, he became extremely disgruntled, verbally attacking Mr. Arcuri and threatening to fight him, etc. He claimed to have access to company accounts and threatened to use them to cause harm to the company. He did not and does not have access to these, but to the best of my knowledge, this is not legal, however we have not yet pursued any legal actions against the individual because we simply wished to put this behind us and move forward with the company's growth and expansion. It is clear that the author of this post was hurt by the company's decision to let him go and as a result, he has launched a campaign against the company and Mr. Arcuri as an individual. It is clear when reading the slanderous statements of his report that this is a disgruntled ex-employee writing in an attempt to exact revenge against a friend/boss that was EXTREMELY generous to him in both opportunities with the company and in his personal life. As I said, it is unfortunate that someone would not only be ungrateful, but so malicious toward someone who helped them monetarily, professionally, and who was there as a friend for advice or encouragement. With that being said, I'd like to touch on the various accusations outlined in our former employees attack against the company and against Mr. Arcuri himself in an attempt to set the record straight and present you, the reader, with some actual facts rather than gross exaggerations and blatant lies.

Game Seller Pros, Inc. is, in fact, a legitimate business. We have been in business for over 6 years and have a loyal client base consisting of thousands of satisfied customers. That client base is ever-growing with each day that passes and each additional game that we launch. Our business has not become successful by scamming people and to suggest so is absurd. A reasonable individual can deduce that a business does not grow to this magnitude and level of success by conducting in fraudulent activities. As with any other company, we run into the occasional customer service issue, or have a complaint on a particular order, but in the grand scheme of things, those are a very small percentage of the actual business we conduct. When there is an issue, we have the proper avenues to follow and individuals in place (including myself) to respond quickly in resolving these customer service matters for the client. We work around the clock to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the services they've purchased and there is rarely a situation where we are unable to resolve a particular concern that a client may come across. 

Regarding our business practices, we do advertise in game for our services as that is the most efficient way to reach the largest number of potential clients at once. The client is able to purchase services directly from our site or they may wish to first speak with one of our helpful sales agents in live chat and purchase the service directly through them. When a purchase is made, it is assigned to one of our crew leaders to complete. They do not "try" to finish the orders. They are professionals at what they do and they complete assigned orders with ease. The work is not outsourced to anyone. Though our crew leaders work from their home offices, they are all employees of Game Seller Pros, Inc. and are under strict contract and NDA with the company. They are based within the United States and have excellent track records when it comes to completing orders and leaving customers completely satisfied with their purchases. All client information is completely secure at all times. If a client is not completely satisfied, they are referred to our customer service e-mail (CSM), where we personally handle and resolve any and all issues as quickly as possible. We have several individuals in place with their respective emails, NONE of which are "fake aliases". We have our CEO, Business Manager, CSM, Sales Manager, Sales Agents and Currency Manager as a core staff, and several different crews working for us on their individual games and servers. Though the business has humble beginnings, it is not a small operation by any means and we constantly strive to perfect and achieve forward movement in this exciting industry.

As for the personal attacks on Mr. Arcuri, there is no real need to comment. I wish to approach this from a strictly professional standpoint. I will say that the allegations in the report are false and slanderous in nature. Again, it is clear to any reasonable reader that the author of this post is disgruntled due to personal reasons and does not have the maturity or morality to leave "well enough" alone. To address the matter of having an attorney at our disposal--our daily business dealings do not require the constant presence of an attorney on our staff, but make no mistake that we have professional relationships with several attorneys and are prepared to utilize their services to protect our company against breach of contract, slander, libel and the like. An intelligent individual could also deduce that with readily available funds, an attorney is only a phone call away, so even if the company did not have one at its disposal, it is still a moot point. 

Finally, there is mention of Mr. Arcuri and an employee ripping off a website designer. This is completely false, but it is particularly interesting to me that it was mentioned in this post, as the employee in question (that supposedly did this in conjunction with Mr. Arcuri) is the AUTHOR of this report. I will post a rebuttal to the website designer on his report which you are more than welcome to read, but to briefly touch on the subject, the author of this post was in charge of hiring a website designer for the company during his first instance of employment with the company and the result of that situation is proof that the author was unable to complete simplest of tasks for the company. 

Notice I did not direct this rebuttal to the author of the report. I do not wish to engage in petty arguments or go back and forth with him. Though he has chosen to make a professional situation very personal, our company wishes to maintain as professional and respectable as possible throughout this, and all, situations. I attempted to contact this individual via text message before posting a rebuttal, but he responded by calling me an idiot and asking me not to contact him again. It was my wish to resolve this privately, but unfortunately that was not an option in this case. If an employee of ours is let go due to their quality of work (or lack thereof), it is in no way personal and we wish no ill-will on them. After seeing this man work for the company in the past and failing, it was my advice to Mr. Arcuri that he do not give this individual a second chance working for the company. I already noticed that he lacked pride in his work and was bereft of motivation, but, as a testament to his forgiving and generous nature, Mr. Arcuri gave this employee a second chance simply because he was a friend that approached him saying he was in a tough spot and needed help. I suppose no good deed goes unpunished. Unfortunately this has all unfolded in a very public forum, but as a current employee of the company, I would like to state for the record that this is a wonderful company to work and I am proud of the level of integrity with which we conduct ourselves. If you are a past, current or prospective customer that has any questions regarding the company, our business practices, or our staff, please feel free to contact me. It is understandable that false reports such as the one above can cause concern among its readers, but please understand there are two sides to every story and I am more than happy to chat with you and discuss any concerns this disgruntled individual may have caused and set the record straight.
