I ordered some beehives and when I ot them they were absolute junk that in no way would hold bees. The boards were warped, cracked, knot holes missing and one side was longer than the other. I contacted the owner Albert Chubak and he ask me to return them so I did. Now Albert will not refund my money, answer my calls or text. He has his returned merchandice and my money. The total is $317 Plus Im out another $60 for return shipping.

In my rebuttal I said Chuck, I meant Albert Chubak.

I have all the text and never once did I threaten anyone. As a matter of fact I was very apologetic that the junk I was sent wouldn't work for me as it was not what I ordered.Eeven if it was in perfect condition it still was shallow boxes and I had ordered medium boxes. I shouldn't have to be stuck with something I did not ask for. I was told to send everything back for a refund so I upheld my end and sent everything back right away and now Chuck don't want to hold up to his end of the deal. I feel Chuck is a poor craftsman, a liar and his word means nothing.

This hive was requested and purchased, but he wanted no Eco Bee Box brackets - special ordered.  Our policy is there is no refund on special ordered equipment, will exchange it however.  

His equipment was made and shipped.  They were put together with staples on the corners, weak compared to the Eco Bee Box brackets.  I refused to remanufacture the box without brackets.

Issues came up and numerous text messages with threats resulted.  I offered to replace the box but he only wanted his money back.  

His equipment was sent to Missouri and Nevada at a higher fee than charged.  To this day I will send him what we make, at my cost minus the threats and numerous text messages.
