Albert Pike Wal-Mart Supercenter fired me for trivial reasons then lied to me about rehire Ripoff Hot Springs Arkansas
On March 6, 2006 I was fired from my job at Albert pike walmart superscenter. for usiing the words DXXX and hell when speaking to a mangement trainee, I was assured that I was rehirable in 90 days, since then I have re-applied several times and gotten interviews at various wal marts, but never get hired. I was always told that I was a hard worker and a valued employee and my evaluations were ok

No idea how Wal-Mart's hiring process

I have no idea how Wal-Mart does there hiring, but where I work they handle things the same way. For example, there was an agent here that was terrible to deal with (language issues). She needed to take time off to get married (needed 6 weeks) overseas. They told her that they would not grant her a leave of absence, but she could re-apply when she got back. When she got back, they told her no. In her case, she was close to being fired the first time (performance and attendance), so why give her another chance?

not putting all my eggs in one basket

I have applied to many employers, not just wal mart. I am qualified in many areas, I have graduate degree and many years of experience, I am a veteran, and I am a good worker, the truth is no one wants to hire a 67 year old man for any job. they cant say that they are rejecting me because of my age, only the government gets away with that. I applied for a law enforcement position at 55 and they told me. you are too old.
I repeatedly tried to get into the National Guard with 17 years prior service only to be told the same thing. this in spite of the fact that I could outrun almost everyone I was talking to and have many decorations and am in excellent health.

I use to work at Wal-mart. They will fire you for anything and this is speaking from experience, but I can't get into detail on here. The hiring process there is so crazy. I would not worry about reapplying. Maybe a manager did not recommend you for rehire, but you are rehireable.
Then if they put that down, nobody will call you back. Then it also depends on the positions that you applied for. If the position is not open that you were interested in than you then your chances of getting a call.
It also depends on when they opened the requisition for the job and when you apply. I say all that to say this, look somewhere else for work.
Don't keep all your eggs in one basket as I was one told.

Gee, I Wonder Why?

Here's an employee who use the words DXXX and hell when speaking to "a mangement trainee" and they won't hire him back. Gee, I wonder why? I suspect you're on their "DO NOT HIRE" list for being insubordinate and disrespectful towards management.
