ALBERT TRAMA (AKA) BELLA CONSTRUCTION FAILED TO COMPLETE JOB, PROMISES TO COMPLETE JOB THEN NEVER SHOWS UP, WILL NOT RETURN MESSAGES PHILADELPHIA Pennsylvania
Upon recommendation by my tenant I hired Al Trama (1) to point the outside step, (2) replace the rain spout, and (3) order a piece of slate to replace the broken one on the side rail opposite the outside steps. The total cost for these services was Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) which I paid to him on June 18, 2005, I was told that he was waiting for the slate to come in and would complete the job the following week.
Although he did point the steps and replace the rain spout as outlined above, he did not, however, replace the slate on the side rail. Albert Trama repeatedly assured me that he would install the slate but, to date, he has have failed to do so even though I have left him numerous messages, stopped at his place of business on several occasions and left hand written notes because he has no answering machine and no matter what time of the day or evening I call him he does not answer the telephone.
