Complaint Review: Alberto Sotomayor - RE/MAX Champions

This is my personal experience with Alberto Sotomayor, he fraudulently listed my house as one of the houses he sold on a realtor website please see picture as evidence. I called him and I asked why he listed himself when he did not take part in the sale or purchase. He had no answer. He just hung up on me. When I looked at my neighbor's listing, he also listed himself as the seller. My neighbor and I have gotten him removed but, wanted to share our experience regarding Alberto Sotomayor's fraudulent claims in sales, especially, on a realtor website. I verified with the website that realtor's would literally have manually enter information to claim homes and it's based on a honor system. Proof is in the picture that I posted. 

Beware of anyone who fraudulently lists 30 sales in 3 months like Alberto Sotomayor, honest people don't blatantly claim sales that are not their own.
