Albertson's Store #955 Price gouging or sudden large hike in price Scottsdale Arizona
Crystal Light pre-packaged 2-quart containers, 6 in a package, is normally $4.29 before tax, I know this because I buy 2-3 containers a week. Sometimes they are on sale 2 for $5.00 or 2 for $6.00.
Today, 10/23/08, albertson's has a sign (which I kept) "Everyday LOW price $6.29" per container, $2.00 more than usual. There are also the small tags on the shelf under each flavor showing $6.29 and the UPC codes all match.
$2.00 hike per unit?!?!
