The first time using Albertsons online grocery service turned out to be a nightmare and its still not over.Its been two days since i placed my order.

It all started when i had a question about using my supercard for the advertised savings of my order the woman i spoke with on the phone suppose to be from customer care kept me on the phone for 20 odd minutes and was very rude to me.Then when you place an order online and have it delivered they give you no receipt but the one i print myself yet they charged me for products i don't even have.

I call back to customer care to speak with a manager i don't get much of a straight answer. They tell me they will redeliver the right product plus the few i was missing and they don't even show up.So once again on the phone with a manager, i still don't get my money or the right product back.They tell me they will call us back today.We asked to have a refund for the delivery charge or something but we can't even get an i'm sorry for the mistakes.
