Albitration NCO Aurthor Bryan Parker Harrased my family and tried forcing an unknown debt on me Nationwide
My family was contacted by this weird number for the past week. I finally gave it a call. He had all my infomation including my social and claimed i owed a debt and was trying to settle the amount for me before he took further legal action.
He pretended like he was on my side and was going to solve it for me if i just -paid him money. I got as much information from him and didnt offer anything in return. After i told him i would not be paying him any money and asked for papers to be mailed out he instantly got angry and said i would be served with papers by the police.
I called the state of TN and ironically didnt have an affidavit or a case pending against me. He acted like I was a criminal and harassed my family. I have not heard back from him but I will definitley be seaking legal action and have taken all other steps in getting this guy locked up.
Having a debilitating mental disorder already and not working made this very hard on me. I will seek justice. Please dont fall for something like this. GOOGLE- KNOW YOUR RIGHTS WITH DEBT COLLECTORS. Educate yourself so your not the next victim.
