On the last week of May Ray came to the flight school to apologize for mistakes Alca made in the past.
As a token of "trying to make peace with Alca " I gave Ray a Cessna Radio RT 385A SN 41015 to be repaired.
On the third week of June I asked Ray about my Cessna Radio while he was visiting the Flight School and he said that one of the Alca inspectors did not think he could repair the radio unit.

I then told Ray to bring the radio back to me on his next visit to the North Perry Airport.
On the second week of July after I returned from my vacation in Brazil I called Ray to ask for my radio back.
He said he gave the radio back to my brother at the flight school.

My brother was on vacation WITH ME in Brazil 5.000 miles away.

Where is my Radio ?

I never got it , none of my neighbors have it...
Once again the INCOMPETENCE OF ALCA AVIONICS is costing me money .

Today , Monday the 15th , I filed a complaint with the Pembroke Pines Police Department ( Case # 02-55631 ) regarding this incident .

If my Cessna radio is not returned to me or my flight school soon I will have no choice but to file a restraining order against Alca , file a complaint with the F.C.C and the F.A.A , keep Alca away from the North Perry Airport and take Alca and Ray to Small Claims Court for losing my radio unit .
