Complaint Review: Alchemy Home Study

Me and my sister are students of Alchemy home study program (already finished 3 modules).we requested the institute to send us all the remaining course materials at once so there will be no waste of time and money for both sides.
The institute did so without informing us and on 19th of April the post office demanded Rs 11000 (approximately $ 256) to relase the course material, Not knowing and not being informed by the institute we tried to contact them and ask for a copy of Custom Declaration Dispatch slip so we could see the exact value of the contains of parcel.however instead of receiving any info about that I got a beautiful lecture type email from one of the institute's employees(Alex Hayden) trying to teach me that I should accept it when custom officials ask me for money!!!
Now my course material has been detained by Indian officials and no matter how many times I contact Alchemy Home Study I get no answer. it seems their feelings have been hurt since their advice and lecture on manner was not useful.
