Doug Krotzer is a crook, a liar, and a cheat. He claims to "cure" alcoholism. When you try to "cancel" his program when you realize the scam that it is, he starts sending threatening emails claiming that you owe him for your "cure." When you refuse to pay, he sends emails and certified letters asserting that you "stole" services. In my own case, I cancelled within the week and he attempted to charge close to $8000 for my magic cure. He even published a paper claiming that a court upheld his fee agreement. The guy didn't show to court! There was no court ruling! Beware!

Dr. Doug Made False Claims of FTC Rulings

#4Author of original report

Wed, April 28, 2010

After it was reported that the FTC was investigating him, Doug Krotzer reported through multiple news media that the FTC had "ruled in his favor."  He even went so far as to "thank" FTC staff and said that the "ruling" meant that they agreed with his scientific evidence.  But, yet, the FTC filed suit against him this month asserting false and misleading practices.  Sounds like "Dr. Doug" can't be trusted.

This complaint violates the rules of RipOff Report. It makes unsuppoprted nasty allegations and the only complaint is we enforced our clearly disclosed terms and conditions.

Complainer executed a contract to follow his custom designed program for five months, and only cancel afterwards if he was not cured.

His complaint is that when he cancelled a week after receiving our program that could cure him in violation of his contract, we enforced the contractual provisions. Based on our experience, he was already cured. WHERES THE BEEF?
