Complaint Review: Alcon contact lens rebate

My eye doctor talked me into buying a 1 year supply of my contact lens and I will get a rebate. I sent alcon all of the required information they needed to get the rebate in November 2015. I never recieved anything in the mail back from the rebate center. I called them today and they conviently did not recieve my proof of purchase information. I made copies of everything but not the UPC codes from the boxes. Im the fool that lost out. I will not do this again. Im thinking about changing brands of contacts when it is time to get another eye exam. Warning to who reads these. Do not buy into this rebate scam.
