Complaint Review: Alcon Contact Lens Rebate

All information was sent to the company.  I had everything that they asked for.. Checked online and they listed it as invalid upc.. The codes were removed and sent from the contact boxes.  When trying to contact some1 for help. Not a person was available, all you got was a recorded message.

Then tried the link talk to a agent online.  Waited over half hour and no response.

I have copies of everything i submitted.  Defiantly this is a ripoff.

Have never had issues with rebates like this.
