In February 2004 I met Mr. Alden Allen which at the time was representing himself as a Highway Star Salesman. When we talked he was just getting his own side business started, so he offered me a full sponsorship. At that point I had paid him for some audio video work to be done in my truck, to this day only half was completed.

Well we had discussed what he will be getting for me due to our full sponsorship agreement, and I was to get full audio and video ssetup, Fabtech suspension lift, Body Lift, Tires Wheels, and a new Paint job.

Weeks went by then months, I called him numerous times asking the status of my vehicle, and same story over and over I got "Your truck is almost done you will have it back soon". "Don't worry it is in a safe place".

Well 2 months go by and now I am getting really worried cause I have not seen any progress or where abouts of my car. I called him and demanded to see it. He finally tells me to come over to his house he has something to show me. What do I see sitting in his garage with only 2 lcd screens installed. Last I checked it does not take 2 months to install 2 lcd's

At this point I tell him that I want my truck back and to cancel the deal, but he tells me that he has already ordered all the parts for my truck. So I let him hold onto my car so he can send it into the shop to get the work completed.

Months and Months have gone by again, again I am getting the same stories and excuses why I can't get my car back "Its almost done", "I can't tell you where it's at right now", "I'll call you later". Within the few months I have been waiting for my car to be done, he ask me on many occasions if I could help him with some money so he can pay his house payment. I helped him a few times with some personal loans.

I was really starting to get fed up with not getting calls back, or getting updates on my car, so I started to do my own investigating and found which shop my car was in. It was located a Gomez Custom Tire and Wheels in Fontana. I made the choice to go into the shop and find out what the reason was my car was not released. The owner of the shop Javier Gomez tells me that there is a Lein on mine and a few other vehicles that had work done. He tells me that Alden of A&C Mobile never paid him a penny for any of the vehicles he put in the shop. So myself and the other two involved did some research and found that there was no Lein on our rides. He was actually in the process of getting the Lein done.

So myself and the other vehicle owners were forced to fork up some more money to get out our cars, so we are all out double what we paid for.

We need to stop individuals from stealing hard earned money from innocent people.
