Complaint Review: Aldo Norberto Peralta

Beware of this swindler. This guy is a con artist. He tricks his clients by giving them low prices to repairs car that he never finishes. Then ask you for more money and never delivers the cars back to the customers. He ask for the money up front first with the excuse that he needs to pay for all parts to be repair then he uses that money for other purposes ( unknown ) until he can get another customer ( second car)  to do the same and then with that money he starts repairing the first car. On top of that this guy in combination with a "rebuilt title dealer" in the area lure his customer in buying "slightly" damage vehicles that he will supposed to repair for you with the condition that you need to pay him in full in order for him "to buy" the damage vehicle from the auction company and using the dealer license in order to get the car for him, so he can supposed to  fix the car by himself. You paid all the money up front you car stays forever in the "temporary shop" this guy has and delivers the car whenever he feels like it and NEVER in the conditions agreed with its clients. We got our car barely fix in bad condition completly unsafe to drive and the car still needs repairs that he promised he would do but he never did. The end result lots of headaches, a car unsafe to drive and all the money upfront paid. We are aware ( after the fact ) that this guy has trick a lot of people has been arrested by the Miami Police with charges  of Hired Vehicle/Fail to Redeliver. Just Google his nmae you will see it by your own eyes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY ! DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS GUYS ! THIS GUY IS A SWINDLER AND A CON-ARTIST !

Este tipo es un estafador de primera. No haga negocios con esta persona. La manera que esta persona trabaja es que le promete reparar su carro por un precio muy modico, luego le dice que necesita comprar todas las partes para poder reparar su carro y le exige el dinero anticipado, luego jamas le entrega el carro si no hasta que otro cliente cae en lo mismo y le da el dinero que luego usa para reparar el primer carro. Tenemos a tres personas que conocer que hizo los mismo con ellas. Los carros quedaron mal terminados y debido a que le promete que se lo entrega en una semana y se tarda 8 SEMANAS !!!! usted pierde la paciencia y no le queda otro remedio que aceptar el carro en las pesimas condiciones y mal trabajo que hace esta persona. Tambien este estafador trabajo junto con una empresa que compra carros de las subasta y supuestamente "EL" repara por usted. La manera de operar es que compra a traves de esta dealer los carros en la subasta con daños menores que supuestamente el va a reparar. Luego tiene que pagarle el carro completo por adelantado y al final nunca repara los carros como se habia acordado. Muchas veces dejando los carros mal reparados e inclusive con falta depiezas que ponen la seguridad del carro para operarlo en duda.
Al final se queda con el dinero y lo que ustecreyo que ra un buen negocio se ha convertido en una pesadilla la cual no encuentra como salir. NO HAGA NEGOCIOS CON ESTE TIPO, ES UNA ESTAFADOR Y ENGAÑA A SUS CLIENTES.
