Aled from mass.gov After I paid into unemployment for years without collecting, Aled from customer service repeatedly guides to me an unserviceable phone line which automatically hangs up on me. So no benefits and no explanation and no help. I will be reaching out to his superior’s then the congressman. It’s a terrible system. And the people like me that pay into it, are disregarded Duahearings@mass.gov
