Don't ever use this Man for a construction Job. He will quote you one price and always ask for more on the end. He will ask for money up front and in many cases take it and do no work. If he does complete any work it takes him twice as long as he will say. He does not have a contractors license and he is always in trouble with the law. He is a master manipulator. He most recently asked for 30k up front to start a renovation and it took him 3 weeks to do half the demo. The. He disappeared for a week and told me he had gotten locked up for tax evasion and had to use all the money I gave him to avoid jail and that my money is virtually gone.
