Aleko Products is refusing to make good on their express written warranty claim.
This company sells units to distributors etc - but still maintains their manufactures 5 year warranty.
The product was missing (1) single mounting bracket and the manufacture will not send me the missing piece.
The manufacturer has refused to provide me their legal counsels contact information.
The manufacturers manual, on both the front and back, expressly states to contact Aleko for missing or defective parts.
They are not honoring their warranty
