This guy is a thief and liar, took my money to build a house on a lot never showed up. he became harder to get ahold of and eventually didnt answer calls.
I tracked his lending institution down and he returned part of the money. he operates hull ottawa orangeville peterborough area maybe montreal. look at his website and see the "qualit" its all bull he cant even spell prpoerly on his website "penalization panels" I think hes going to get some!!
J fox contact me and lets figure out what to do with this guy as the authorities dont do anything (same as revenue canada who has him for tax evasion.

yes he is a scam for sure contact me 7054911570 i live in north bay ontario , jeff asked me to burn down 2 of the homes he had i went to the opp who put me off to the north bay police who just put me off , jeff had 2 homes each worth a few million and said he would split the money with me i made voice record of him making plans but the cops could not care less what he did or to who he did it to , it seems law inforcment is only interested in catching the innocent and let the criminals run wild,,, i make no clain to be a good speller . you can also reach me at slow.john@hotmail.com im with any one who wants to go after this a hole i know is has runined so many lifes so far and i also have many papers and evidance to give
