Complaint Review: Alernative Window Soultions

I just stumbled across this website while looking up information on another company(royal prestiage)

My fiance parents back in july/30/ 1997 had a sun room added on to their house. Since day one it has leaked. The first time it leaked they called someone came out to look at. they came out and told them they be back in a couple of days. they never showed up.

The representive they dealt with was a jim mcmahon(w).
when we conracted the company they told us we had to contact jim because he was the one that did all the work.

Then around 2000, i decided to get involved by mailing them again about the leaky roof(sending a certified letter), contacting the bbb. and trying our local abcs consumer lawyer all were no help.

Just about a year or two ago, i saw a letter in our st.pete times action colum about a lady who had similar problems with the same company and they came out and fix hers so, i decided i try one more time with a copy of the newspaper print and to no avil. they still wouldnt budge.

Thats why i came here, i can tell thosands(millions)of people about the bad work this company does and about not following up on their 10 year warranty that they offer.

funny thing is they use to call there all the time(telemarkiting) saying that they had great deals on windows and if we would like to have a sales rep out to talk to us. One time we said yes we would love to hear about all the great offers(so we could point out what they did the last time) but i guess they
caught on because they never showed up.
