I have bern paying for the service for several years and when my elderly mother fell and broke her hip, she was admitted to a rehab facility and no longer needed the service. I paid in August before she fell and when she no longer needed the service, I returned the equipment expecting a refund. After 45 Days and no refund, I called and was told no refund is available because it was more than 30 days after it was paid. I was told verbally when I signed up, that refunds are available if the service is no longer needed. The supervisor, Anna Mae said no refund period because it was more than 30 days. This is a rip-off. My mother fell 7 days after I paid, but I was not thinking about this at the time. To pay $358 for 45 days of equipment is really a ripoff. Avoid temptation to pay annually when you never know when misfortune will cause you to lose your hard earned money. Avoid Alert-One at all cost!!
