AlertPay Verified account locked without a reason Montreal Quebec Canada
Since April 7th, 2008 I have a verified account with AlertPay, trying to tell you they are much better than PayPal. So it was very strange to found my account locked on April 29th, 2009, because somebody reported a Payoneer creditcard, connected to this account, to be lost or stolen. But the only one that can report a card to be lost or stolen, is me and I did not do that, the more the card has been loaded one day earlier.
Payoneer cannot be blamed, they are on my side and gave me as much help as possible. And I have a good idea, who tried to block my AlertPay account. So it is possible with AlertPay that even with a verified account, a stranger can lock your account by submitting false information to AlertPay. As a consequence I cannot dispose of my account balance and I have to quite with several home based business opportunities as they will pay to that account.
So don't open an account with AlertPay, there are plenty other and better payment processor than they are.

Automatic Account Restrictions Are For Your Protection!

Hello Artie,
AlertPay receives automatic notices from the issuer of the credit card when the credit card has been reported lost/stolen or the account is closed. When a transaction is attempted with such a credit card, a restriction is added to your account to encourage you to contact AlertPay to resolve the issue.
This is for your protection so that someone who may have stolen or accessed your credit card inappropriately cannot use the credit card. You simply need to contact AlertPay to communicate why the card was used after it was reported lost/stolen.
AlertPay's contact information can be found here: [https://www.alertpay.com/info/ContactUs.aspx]
Your account isn't restricted permanently. We just want to make sure your funds are safe and secure!
Regards,
Chris
