Complaint Review: Aleshia Ward

Alisha Ward, in her business, My Direct Mail Pros, promises to provide real estate investors leads of people who are behind on their mortgages or in pre-foreclosure; to write letters of introduction offering to help the homeowner using a "Yellow Letter" and mail out the same to the homeowner.

I spoke with Ms. Ward telephonically and she assured me her company could provide leads for my zip code and that I could pay her company in weekly installments.

The full amount was paid via PayPal but I received no leads.  When I contacted Ms Ward she told me she was having difficulty finding leads for my area and at my option would refund my money - which I opted for.  She told me she had sent a note to her billing department and a refund would be sent shortly.

For the next three weeks I called, emailed and texted Ms Ward almost daily:  She would not take or answer any of my attempts to contact her. 

Now, several months later, I have still not received my refund or heard from this provider.  I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of and my family's hard-earned money taken by intentional deception.
